Three Wings Gymnasts take home medals at London Spring Cup 2026

Three young gymnasts from Wings Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Westmeath delivered impressive performances at the London Spring Cup 2026, an international rhythmic gymnastics competition featuring 93 athletes from countries including Finland, Lithuania, and Great Britain organised by the club AV Greenwich.
Yeva Olefirenko, aged 8 from Athlone, secured a silver medal for her hoop routine and was also awarded a special prize for artistry, recognizing her exceptional expression and technique. Nine-year-old Eire Phelan from Clara earned a bronze medal for her hoop routine, demonstrating strong skill and composure. Meanwhile, 10-year-old Anna Thyhub from Mullingar took home a bronze medal for her rope routine, impressing judges with her precision and control.
The London Spring Cup attracts young gymnasts from across Europe in A and B levels, providing a valuable platform for emerging talent to showcase their abilities on an international stage.
