ENYA TIERNEY

Enya was a gymnast that competed in many international events. She trained in one of the most renowned clubs in Spain, Beti Aurrera and she was also coached by the Olympian Israel Sanchez, among others.
She is now a qualified level 2 rhythmic gymnastics coach and judge. Her qualification in Sports Psychology and Progressing Ballet Technique gives her a unique insight to the sport.

Enya's coaching philosophy is based on strong mental skills, work-ethic, taking an individualised approach to each gymnast, and the importance of overcoming the fear of failure.
