Join us for a week of fun with games, challenges, a bunch of beginner-friendly gymnastics skills, and more!
Every day we will start with a warm-up game, and we will do 30 minutes of physical preparation and stretching. After that, we will commence with our daily skills practice, which includes rope, hoop, ball, and ribbon drills, coordination exercises, strength and conditioning games, pre-acrobatics, dance and expression. In addition, we will host daily team challenges to encourage friendly competition and motivation.
