A fun day-long event where participants are welcome to dress-up, learn a choreography to a spooky song, and practice gymnastics in a relaxed and game based environment. Beginners welcome!

About the event

AGE: 6+

LEVEL: All levels (beginners welcome)

DURATION: 11:00 am- 03:00 pm

  • Participants are welcome to wear their halloween costumes as long as they are easy to move in and safe to exercise in. Avoid long skirts/dresses, very loose clothes the participant may trip with, hard plastic adornments and anything that would obstruct the participant's sight when upside down (ex. during a handstand, tumble, etc...)
  • Remember to bring lunch for participants. They will get a small break and a big break.
  • Strictly no fizzy drink in the gym. Always bring water to avoid dehydration and/or fatigue.
